The Ifite road which many Nigerian students ply to Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka turns floody whenever rain falls. This particular road falls within the purview of Anambra state government housing the University. That road has been dilapidated and filled with potholes. Anytime rain falls, the burden to pass through that road is tremendous. The bus drivers not willing to ‘swim’ through the flood will intentionally stop their buses and bid the students to walk through the flood to their respective destination. The state government is called upon to hasten whatever measures it must have adopted to solve this perennial issue.

Obiano Effect
I was in a vehicle from Enugu heading to onitsha, getting to Awka, Aroma junction. I saw this beautiful fly over which complements the wide beautiful road.
This made me believe that Willie is willingly working

Lack Of Proper Waste Management In Enugu State
Waste management in Enugu state has gradually gone from bad to worse. The Enugu State Waste Management Authority ESWAMA has become less effective in their duties, they now focus more on levies being paid by citizens in the state and this is not a good development.
The Deplorable Condition of Some Roads In The South-Eastern Nigeria
Federal government of Nigeria should pay attention to the state of infrastructure in the South East, almost all the federal roads in the region are in a very bad shape. We called on minster for works and housing to visit South East federal roads and see the condition they are. Owerri Port Harcourt road is an example.
Shine Your Eyes Anambrarians As 2017 Election
So, you have registered to vote?
You should be very proud because that card we Anambrarians hold in our hands will determine if we will continue moving forward or go backward. It’s very simple:
R=register to vote
S=select credible candidate
V=vote
P= protect your vote.
It’s time to say no to the politics of bread and bottled water .

Blocked Drains And Gutters Here in Enugu
This is a typical view of a drainage gutter situated at Federal college Road independent layout in Enugu state. This is an eyesore in this beautiful city of Enugu state. I call on Enugu State Waste Management Agency to look into it and if possible, provide enough waste bins in this area because this is caused by individuals pouring their dirts inside drainage gutters due to lack of waste bins in this neighbourhood.
Road Tunnel Turns Swimming Pool For Cars
“If you want to set a legacy, set a lasting one.”
This is a newly constructed road tunnel around Owerri-Port Harcourt road in Owerri the capital city of Imo State.
It’s obvious that the contractors that worked on that road didn’t get the job done as expected. They forgot to plan for the rainy day.
There seems to be a very poor drainage system integration, that’s why rain water has turned it into a pool for cars to swim in and out.
The authorities should take necessary action to rectify this situation as soon as possible. If not, by August cars will not be able to swim in it anymore. Cars don’t swim after all.
Current State Of Onitsha-Enugu Express Road
The Onitsha-Enugu express way has undeniably gotten the notice of the road users. A road which has been under construction for more than 9 years has still not been completed till the time of writing this report.
Road users have been faced with delays and hike in transport fare as they are faced with either taking a longer route(Abatete-Agulu road) or endure the time delay and body pains experienced on the road, especially after a heavy down pour.
This road is believed to be a federal road by the masses who wish to call on the attention of the federal government to bring the road to standard.
My Visit To Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Akwaibom For The Match Between Nigeria And South Africa
I visited the already named stadium and was pleased with what I saw despite Nigeria losing 2 – nil to South Africa. The stadium really showed that the people of Akwa Ibom have a responsive government. The stadium was second to none in Nigeria. Everything about the stadium was topnotch. The grass was well-tended. The scoreboard was a quality one. The seats were strong. The restrooms were neat and new. The road leading to the stadium was well- constructed. AkwaIbom government should be thanked for such an edifice mounted in the state.
